Fantastic playability, great selection of players and courts. The best playability Ive seen so far, however this game badly suffers from lack of statistics and career type modes. Much improvement to be made in terms of customized players, career stats and records. Fantastic start, I hope the developer is committed to taking the next step.
Some bad moments
If you want a Tennis based time killer you could do worse. What makes/breaks a game like this is smooth play mechanics and these are just ok. Not bad mind you, but not stellar.
Finger can obscure view due to button placement which isnt bad enough to totally screw up your game but is annoying.
Animation and style fit well and if you like Tennis then at $1 it really isnt bad. Simple, fun, not perfect but not broken.
This game is really fun! The controls work very precise and one can play really good angle-shots to win points. Only the menu-music is boring, otherwise nice sound.
A great game but could be better. Maybe a update were you could customize your player and racket and more types of hits like backspin and drop shots but overall a good game for a $.
If you love the sport of tennis and you love playing tennis, this is a cool game that will not disappoint. Do not look at any of the bad reviews because apparently they have not played this game or even given it a chance. Try the free version first like I did and then soon you will want to play better stick players in tournaments. The stick players get better as you win tournaments. You can place shots, nail shots and do a few trick shots once you get the hang of it. The controls are very easy to learn and once you get them down you will be wiping the stick figures off the court. Its a simple made game but very effective and lots of fun.
Make realistic graphics. Controls are just like Topspin 4 but the graphics take away from the game. Needs to be easier to hit winners in ground stoke rallies, they go on forever. Good game, would be amazing if they made these upgrades.
